Motek Academy is the teaching & coaching branch of a family of businesses built by one operator: Orit Feldman — licensed real estate broker, locksmith company operator, property manager of 20 years, and a teacher for just as long. Every branch does the same work in different clothing: take something complicated, turn it into a system, then teach it — or run it for you.

How the branches feed each other
BizHealers forms a company → FLOW runs its back office → apprentices BizHealers trained staff its trucks. A business can be born, staffed, and operated inside one ecosystem.
One landlord, three ways served: brokerage and management at Motek Realty, the Small-Landlord Kit to learn it yourself, and Permit Whisperer when a violation needs closing.
Teaching is the front door. The families who trust Orit with their children in the water are the community the other branches serve — and the method is the same everywhere: evaluate, build an individual plan, adjust.
Two depths, every service
Everything in this ecosystem exists twice: done for you (we run it) and taught to you (a kit, a course, or coaching). Swimming is taught pool-side; self-defense is taught mat-side; a back office can be run by FLOW or taught through the Starter Kit; a landlord can hire the brokerage or learn from the Kit. That pairing is the whole design.
